The ...We wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment. The beauty of full service online estate agency is that the human element is retained (at BrightSale each vendor has their own personal negotiator who helps them through every step of the process) whilst the high cost element is jettisoned. Pure ‘you’re on your own’ websites (e.g. HouseLadder.co.uk) will not be successful for the very reasons you outline, i.e. it is a scary and complex process to sell a property (for most people) and therefore the ‘human element’ you mention is indeed crucial.BrightSale.co.ukhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06656806412210446673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6640248948053716705.post-70231081289833276342008-05-07T08:49:00.000-07:002008-05-07T08:49:00.000-07:00It is very interesting, I recently used Haart in a...It is very interesting, I recently used Haart in a transaction and found them to be friendly and competent, however I didn't have face to face contact with an agent at any point. I arranged the viewing over the phone after seeing the property on the web and the ins and outs of the sale were also managed over the phone with a 'sales progressor' who wasn't even located at the branch that had the property for sale. If I had of wanted to see her face to face to discuss survey etc, I would have been in for a long journey. With my business head on I can only see it heading one way, but I do hope the personal touch is not lost all together when the inevitable happens. You only have to look at travel agents to see the future.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
